Tom and Paula Hess serve with The Navigators at Fort Bragg, NC. Tom serves as the Field Leader for the Navigator military ministries of North and South Carolina. Tom has been on staff for twenty-four years and he and Paula have been married for twenty years. Paula teaches at the local Christian school Fayetteville Christian Academy. They have 3 children Meghan, Josh, and Zach.
